Timber Framing
Timber framing is our core. We do not view timber framing as a trade or a craft. It is an art. We have the unique opportunity to craft the structure that will define your dream home; this is a responsibility that our experienced timberwrights embrace and take great pride in.
We employ traditional mortise and tenon joinery while utilizing modern technology and techniques. Our state of the art Hundegger K2 may do most of the heavy lifting, but it is our timberwrights that provide the care and attention to detail on each individual timber.

Building Systems
Upon completion of both your home and timber frame design, we work closely with Enercept for the fabrication of structural insulated panels to efficiently enclose your home. The panels will arrive at your site ready to assemble to your design’s specifications including window and door openings and chases for electrical wiring.
To maximize the efficiencies gained by utilizing structural insulated panels we are advocates for high-performance triple-pane windows. We can provide revolutionary Nordic windows and exterior doors through H Window .
Frame Raising and Enclosure
Blue Ox offers your choice of a full crew or site supervisor to erect and enclose your timber frame. Our crews are well versed in the erection of timber structures of all sizes and complexities, applications of tongue and groove ceilings, and installation of structural insulated panels
